     제품 개요     

블루골드의 하이퍼 초발수 코팅제인 SuperDry X는 물과 기름을 튕겨내는 방식인 반면, 새로운 형태의 자가세정기술인 옴니포빅 코팅제 Slippery X는 표면 위에서 물이나 기름과 같은 액체를 미끄러지게 하는 방식을 통해 표면을 깨끗하게 합니다. 

케찹이나 화장품, 페인트과 같이 에멀전 타입의 점도가 높은 액체에는 초발수 기술 기반의 코팅제보다는 Slippery X의 코팅 기술이 훨씬 적합합니다. Slippery X가 적용된 용기에서는 액체 내용물이 미끄러지듯이 매끄럽게 빠져나오는 모습을 볼 수 있습니다.

BLUE GOLD's hyper-hydrophobic coating agent SuperDry X is a way of bouncing water and oil, while a new type of self-cleaning technology, omniphobic coating agent Slipper X, cleans surfaces by sliding liquids such as water or oil on the surface. 

For emulsion-type viscosity liquids, such as ketchup, cosmetics and paint, Slippery X coating technology is more suitable than hydrophobic coating agent. Containers with Slippery X, you can see liquid slipping out smoothly.

     핵심 원리     

자연모사기술의 관점에서 초발수 기술이 연잎효과(Lotus Effect)라면, 옴니포빅 기술은 벌레잡이풀속(Nepenthes)을 떠올리게 합니다. 옴니포빅 코팅이 처리된 표면에서 오염물은 스스로 미끄러집니다.

From a natural simulation point of view, if the hydrophobic technology is Lotus Effect, the omniphobic technology reminds us of the Nepenthes. On surfaces treated with omniphobic coating, contaminants slide on their own.

     사용 용도     

옴니포빅 코팅제는 다양한 형태의 용기에 적용이 가능하여, 식품과 화장품 용기는 물론 페인트나 유류의 수송관(파이프)에서도 사용할 수 있습니다. 다만, 사용 환경과 요구 조건에 맞춘 최적의 기술을 반드시 사전 협의하실 것을 추천합니다.

Omniphobic coating agent can be applied to various types of containers and can be used in food and cosmetics containers as well as in paint and oil pipelines(pipes). However, we recommend that you consult in advance the optimal technology according to the using environment and requirements.
